Spark Plug Change....Oil?

Changed the plugs today....one of the Spark Plug Socket Connectors had oil in and around it.

Any ideas?

Pic of connector:

What year is your car? 2002 and previous years had a sleeve for each spark plug the orings leak on either end. R&R the sleeve with porsche special tool or a small hooked oring puller and replace the 2 orings. 03 and later nolonger have a sleeve. There is an oil seal between the head and valve cover a little more complicated the valve cover has to be removed, and the seal replaced.
