I've don it twice. Don' t have a manual but if you find you can improvise there are some good exploded views HERE. Personally I would try to pop it with a slit from an exacto knife than inject some glue and work it around under the bubble.

Contact cement is good when doing the whole dash but might be hard to work around under the bubble. Auto upholstery shops sell a spray contact cement that works great, It just requires getting the stuff out to.

It really depends on the tpe of bubble and your own craftiness.
