It's someone's attempt at creating their own version of an RS. Factory Sample means he paid extra to have Porsche paint it that color. Simple enough to add the graphics. He calls it a GT3 but doesn't make any claims about extra HP. Think it's a collection of special order options, not a factory special. You could get a 2008 Cayman in this paint scheme.
Wonder how well the black and beige interior coordinates with the green?

At least my "986 RS" has a 3.6 in it...

Signal green and signal orange are two of my favorite
colors on a porsche. The only thing I do not like about the car is the rims. Black painted 19" carrera S rims would have been my first choice.

Probably a nice ride, but not my color choice. Interior is nice. Easy to add whatever badging you want.

It's no where near as nice as the special edition DS .

I've come to the decision I will make an effort to find a pdk Boxster of some kind in the spring, hopefully fix my old one too.

Here is another picture of the car - he gets a new one every year or so. It was at the Waynesville show I went to the last two years. Nice car, not as well kept as what I would do (but then I'm way over board) but it is a sweet ride. It's beautiful in person, I would take the car in a second. Not sure how much to pay for it, but it would be a blast.

It's nice looking, but I don't think it can command any kind of premium. It looks like $55k is about the avg asking price for a 2010 S.

The asking price is probably excellent. I would buy it if it was Guards Red...If I was buying.

The pictures aren't doing the car justice...my '73 is Emerald Green and looks completely different in person. FWIW, I like the "lift kit" on the car...really needs to be lowered about an inch and a half.
