It's horrible it happened but fire's happen even on new cars occasionally. Again, full-coverage insurance will make you whole and you can sell it if you like. I never liked paperweights.
But, if it's toast, you can make most of (or more) of the street value by parting it out. Especially if it was well taken care of.
