Stone chips and T Cut

Some more advice needed... I'm planning on tcutting my 'red' boxster during the winter and wanted to fix some of my stone chips at the same time. Question is, do I do the stone chips first then Tcut the whole lot or do the stone chips after, just before I wax?

I'd say fix chips first.
