HELP needed for Tiptronic shaft

Hi, i replaced my rear right drive shaft assy on my 2003 boxster S Tiptronic 24000km.
This boxster never leak oil on the ground.
When i removed the shaft from the transmission a little amount of oil fall on the ground ??
I check in the cavities where the driveshaft bolt on and i see a little screw in the center of that hole. This screw was loose i tightened it.
Dont know if the oil was coming from there but i dont see any more oil leaks when doing the replacement of the shaft.

Im i ok or do i have to suspect something else.

Help appreciated.

Thank's

That's the output shaft retention bolt, referred to as an anti-fatigue bolt. If loose, it will seep a bit of ATF into the cavity between the output flange and the halfshaft (axle shaft).

A drop or so is no problem.

If in doubt, raise car level when warm (not HOT), remove ATF filler plug and you should just get a drip. If no drip, the ATF level is low. If tranny not warm (expanded ATF), you will not get a drip even though the ATF level may be correct.

Cheers!
