That's the output shaft retention bolt, referred to as an anti-fatigue bolt. If loose, it will seep a bit of ATF into the cavity between the output flange and the halfshaft (axle shaft).

A drop or so is no problem.

If in doubt, raise car level when warm (not HOT), remove ATF filler plug and you should just get a drip. If no drip, the ATF level is low. If tranny not warm (expanded ATF), you will not get a drip even though the ATF level may be correct.
