Sorry, I doezn't, but if you Search the forum you may find your problem with a solution.

You could also post details of your issue here as there are some very knowledgable people here that may be able to help you out and save you potentially some big $.

you don't need a specialist other than those here for free now... just search or post your specific symptoms. There are a # of top specialist here, the #1 IMNSHO is schoir aka maurice. Another is Pedro from Pedro's Garage about 1.5 hr from you across alligator alley in Weston, FL.

Anyhow, first things first...

- w/ a '99 the car has to be stopped and parking brake engaged to get top cycled. A common issue is plunger switch in center console handbrake assembly. This gets dirty or breaks not allowing p-brake light on dash to illuminate when engaged. A quick fix can sometimes be accomplished by pulling up fast/randomly on p-brake handle getting plunger to extend. A replacement part is ~ $15 and DIY R&R takes ~ 30min if you know what you're doing, 1hr if not.

- another weak point is the sensor in windshield header when top locks in. When you release the handle do the windows drop 2"

So, what are the symptoms other than it doesn't work?
