It's actually just a bunch of screws, 11 if I am not mistaken.
The side pieces on the dash that contain your rocker switches can be pryed off with a butter knife. I am not sure how the inverted horseshoe piece comes off, but you may find a couple of screws underneath the side pieces and be able to figure it out.
