On my 1126 code... I've checked the AOS by opening the oil cap while the motor was running. There was no excessive vacuum and possibly my thread title might be confusing. What I meant was to raise the question about intake vacuum leaks, such as the bellows of the AOS, would tend to affect the right bank more than the left.

I bought a propane torch yesterday and my plan is to search for an intake leak tomorrow by running the propane (unlit) around the AOS area and everywhere else I can reach with the motor running and listen for the rpm to rise. I'll update this thread after the leak detection attempt.
