Is this what an O-Ring / Tube leak looks like?

I would suggest one of two choices.

Either replace it proactively.

Or clean the area good, and check it again in a little while (couple weeks)

Maybe it leaked at some point, maybe it stopped, maybe it is road grime,

Maybe it only leaks under pressure.

Decided to pull my wheels off and have a gander before ordering parts for my planned maintenance.. The passenger side looked completely fine to me, the driver side looked questionable. Is this caused by a bad o-ring / plug tube or do I have another problem?? When I pulled the coilpack out and felt inside the tube it felt dry. I don't have any oil on the floor and the car has been parked in the same spot for about 2.5 months.
