Rear drivers side screech...

Hi,

Just been for a spin and all well. I parked up and came back to the car an hour later, when I drove off there was a screeching coming from around the rear drivers side wheel. It sounds a little like metal on metal. I thought a stone had got stuck in between the pad and disc. It was not there when the car was idling and did not seem to be effected by braking. After about half a mile it had gone. Any ideas???

Thanks, Andrew.

Right side could be a wheel bearing, a rock lodged somewhere at the parking brake, an axle bolt coming loose, air intake fan. Keep an eye on it and inspect anything you can so you can rule out possibilities.
