eBay Tail Lights - Opinions?

Hello All - Does anyone here have direct experience with the aftermarket tail light units being sold on eBay these days?

How is the fit & finish?

Do the lights work OK?

Do they look good in person?

They seem fairly cheap as far as a complete pair of tail light assemblies...

Here are two different options I noticed out there right now:

Not bashing anyone's tail lights, but don't expect the quality to be anywhere near the OEM unit. I ordered some red/clear ones off eBay and didn't even bother installing them due to the poor quality...purchased OEM and couldn't be happier.

You get what you pay for...

i bought a set a few weeks ago. put them on. they don't sit quite as flush as the OEM, but i can't really complain about them. i like the way they look and the removal of the amber is nice.

OEM...the aftermarket I looked at was very thin, flimsy plastic compared to the real deal. I'm sure there are a number of different manufacturers; I just got the wrong ones.

Thanks everyone for sharing your pics and feedback! I think I'll be placing an order over this winter during Porsche hibernation season.

I have the Depo models (bottom ones) and the fit and finish was pretty good... but I lost my rear foglight option with them. Is that true of the oher LED units out there?
