What's that writing on the engine? (pic)

Hi,
I was fixing spark plugs the other day and I noticed some letters on the engine..
It's not you usual stamped writing.. it looks like hand writing.. I couldn't take a better look but I took a picture.

It's above the sparkplugs on both sides.

Anyone can tell me what's written in there?
