Interior light problem

Hello everyone, I just registred here to hope if someone can help me with this problem:

When I unlock the car there is no interior lights the ceiling, or doors, but once I put the key in and turn about halfway through the lights come on a short moment and goes out again slowly.

I have to turn on the ignition in order to make the interior lights to work .. otherwise it is completely dead. This also applies to light in the trunk in front and rear. If the car is started and i open the door the interior lights works as they should.

They are supposed to get on as soon as you unlock the car with the remote? and fade slowly when locking?

Anyone?

Btw its a 1999 Boxster that is imported from the US to Norway where i live.

Also is there anyway to disable the seat belt alarm? We dont have this feature in Norway

Thanks!

Just had my car to the local Porsche dealer and they did a diagnose test and found out it was in "transport mode" The did a "vehicle handover" and this fixed it
