Is 2002 top frame interchangable with 2003-04?

Just wondering if anyone knows if a top from a 2003-2004 Boxster that has a bent frame or no frame can be made to work by using a good frame from a 2002 Box?

I really want glass....

Although both frames will fit on a 986, the frames can only be matched with their respective canvas coverings.

1997 to 2002 Boxsters have a 3-bow frame assembly.

2003 to 2004 Boxsters have a 4-bow frame assembly.

So, the canvas with the OEM glass window from an '03 or '04 cannot be installed on a 3 bow frame.
