It appears that there something broken inside the Cat and it's making a terrible meticallic rattle. I had the car checked by a Porsche dealership and they identified the Cat has the problem. The checked/inspected/removed debris from the heat shield and that didn't solve the problem. They then re-checked the car and found it to be the Cat. Emissions seem ok for now it just the noise. They also recommended that I do something before i see a "check engine light".
