Cost of an oil change in NY/NJ

Why every 2 years? Does the oil degrade in that short of time?

good question. I don't know.
I'm guessing this is an average Porsche and others have documented for the average life expectancy of brake fluid given moderate use.
I'm wondering if you would still need to flush the brakes if the car was used very lightly (like mine avg. 2.25K miles a year for the first 4 years) and the brake fluid still appeared very clear.

Yeah, I was thinking mileage would be more of a factor rather than time concering the oil flush periods.
