Excessive inner front tire wear- help

My 02 S (75,000 miles) just started this problem. There is a one inch band on the inner front tires that is showing the belt while the reamining tire is almost new. They have about 8000 miles on them.

The car drives strait and true.
Handles fine. No accident. 28 psi
Last alignment at the dealer was about 15-20,000 miles ago, they set it to "sport values".
I know something is messed up, I just do not know what.

I do have the H&R springs on my factory M030 struts, this has never been an issue, and the springs have been on for 50,000 miles.

My bet is that your alignment was the culprit, although if those tires have been on the car for 20k miles you've gotten your money out of them for sure.
