Dash board bubbling (delaminated)

I have bubbling along the front of my '01' padded dash (right behing the windshield). It's around an inch + from front to back almost all the way across, but is uniform enough that it doesn't stand out. But it bugs the hell out of me!

Pulling the dash out could be a next winter project, but then there is the cost of fixing it. Appears that when it was made some idiot cut the fabric a bit short because you can actually see the end of the fabric at the front.

The 2 big Qs......should I yank the dash out (have never seen a dash that was any pleasure to work on). And what do you think a good covering that matches will cost? It's the light grey color.

Garage
you could get a syringe and put some super glue in it.. then inject the bubble and try to fix it. not sure if that would work.

Thanks, but my guess is that without that padded fabric being correctly clamped under the dash, no glue on earth will withstand the sun. And any failure will likely look worse than it does now. If the dash was removed, it may have some chance, but if I disassemble it, I want new fabric professionally installed.

Everyone should have one of those windshield screens to protect the dash. Mine stores nicely behind the passenger seat.

If you re-cover or replace I'd go with a black (matte if you can get it) to reduce glare like that from my savanna dash pad.
