Little or no benefit to the more exotic and heavily marketed plugs, but as mentioned, there have been reported issues with them. IMHO, longevity in a spark plug is a false saving. You should pull your plugs regularly as they are a good indicator of overall engine health, and you want to check the 'O' rings periodically too. Using ultra long-life plugs has a tendency to cause owners to ignore them for too long.
