any ideas about the best place to get replacement bumper cover for an 03 boxster s?
and are there any places that sell them already painted?

I don't know if there is 2nd party body parts manufacturer, but I would only buy original replacement. If you don't want a new one but one from dismantled car, check e-bay or a Porsche / Germany dismantler.
