Techart has always made some of the coolest looking Porsche's. Off the top of my head, 993 CT3, Cayenne Magnum, Cayman GT Street. The list continues.

Garage
Lose the front bonnet that makes it look like a GTR and it gets my vote as cool.

Rear wing looks like a scaled up Tinkertoy build. The Front side vents are gaudy, especially how they stick up. I have an old Excellence in the men's crapper in the house that has an older black Techart gt3 street RS, I liked it a lot better.

You're right. The first thing I thought of when I saw it was : What a Ricer" , but then that's why Baskin Robbins is in business. Personally I would own it only as the losing side of a Political bet. Ed

I like a lot of the TechArt stuff, but that is a bit too over done for my tastes.

Techart designs are pretty well known for their "cutting edge"; as you can see, opinions are varied.

Gemballa is usually over the top, in my opinion.

Like it a lot and would love to have something like it. Though, I would not use it as my daily driver. However, as I can only afford a used 986, I don't think I'll be getting a show car any time soon.

I personally like the pic jmatta posted of the Gemballa version better. To me that car has more rounded lines and the TechArt version looks too chopped up to me. The TA version is not bad but I think it could have been better.

The TA sideskirts look too aftermarket and don't blend with the natural lines of the car and the supports for the rear wing look too skinny and flimsy for my taste. And lastly I am just not a fan of the two tone color styling, ie white car, black hood. I think the pics when the car is primarily all one color looks a lot better

I think my coffee needs to kick in, I'm a little negative this morning

Would I kick it out of my garage?........hell no

Not a fan of the hood or the wheels (no lip, rubber band tires), otherwise i dig it.

I still prefer the "race car" look and no race cars have front openings larger than absolute necessity.
I think the oversized openings in the front cap ruin the car.
Now, there is my 2 cents and opinion !!
