I'm not much a lover of white cars, any make, love the wheels. Saw one on Pelican Parts BBS board with stripes which really made it stand out. Anyway, welcome.

Welcome! Enjoy the car, and enjoy this site. You'll notice that you really have to coax people into expressing their opinions, but once you get them out of their shells they're pretty decent folk.

congrats on the new toy!
Mine is also a 2000S w/38k miles. I like the little spoiler thing on the back. Did you get it in the Dallas area? I looked there when shopping for mine. I ended up getting my 2kS in Wichita.
Good luck!

You get a chance, check out this Boxster on Pelicans BBS board. It's white with stripes.

Congrats, and welcome to the forum!
I like the wheels, and I think they look good on the white car.

Very clean looking Boxster, hopefully I will see around Big D.
You should sign up and do a Driver's Ed event. The next Porsche DE is weekend of April 24th, sign up soon as they fill up fast.
Enjoy

Congrats. I'm also a brand new owner of a '01 S. It's the same feeling I had when I was 16 and I got my first car. Your first love is your best love.

Thanks everyone for the welcomes! The 19's were actually one of the big selling points besides the obvious miles, care....I think they look so good! I have added the maxflo exhaust, ecu and intake, carbon fiber side vents, clear sides, BIRD automotive armrest w/ suncoast double cup holder, cayman/tubo wing and a 35% tint job. I'm thinking the car is complete, but I'm sure I will discover something else...highlights so far include 112 mph in 4th @ 6k, and 120 in 5th @ 3300, I ran out of room in both situations.
My current goal for the car along with being a great DD, is to get it to 150mph....
