Need help removing speedometer

[GTA_G20]

So I have a burnt bulb and Im wanting to fix this. I have everything unbolted, however there are three plugs that I cannot seem to remove. The first one seems to plug into the right side of the cluster I'm not sure how to remove this without breaking anything. Sorry I came from japanese land where you squeeze a tab and pull. I've never seen a clip like this. any help is appreciated

According to my Bentley book, if we are talking about the same connector, there is a lock lever which needs to be disengaged with a small screwdriver. It's a U shaped piece that straddles the entire assembly, it says to lift it up, swing lever to release, hope this helps good luck..
