I'm amazed that this post, started by a troll looking for a reaction, is worthy of 20 replies!
Wait! I'm one of them!
Bruce... is that Master Lock handy...???

Cheers!

Hey heatfan...you just joined a selected group of car owners which means less bull crap as you would get from some the Jap car owner forums who number in the zillions. So my suggestion to you, is either bone-up to the great sports car the Boxster is or go back to whatever you owned before.

And I have a 1997 987 Spider with retractable hardtop
 Now that's funny!

Go to Pelican and read some of 911ballin's posts...he and "heatfan" should get together.

			Brilliant
What amazes me is that all the other poster take what he types serious and write serious responses instead of just posting SHUT THE F*** UP!
That's class!

I hate to say it but after being on this forum for almost a year and wondering why all the pictures of the member’s cars look so different than mine it hit me. I thought this was a Tiburon forum and now I discover that it’s a Boxster forum, oh the humanity of it all. Why didn’t someone say something sooner to me, were you all just trying to be nice to me? I will go and hide in the closet now and hope to have the courage to go on.

				Charles...

... I am extremely happy that LNE "ripped me off" with my IMS bearing retrofit.
My car's bearing was on the brink at 196,000 miles. I caught it just in time and now my 98 is breathing fire again.
I'll be at Sebring next week putting the bearing through its paces now with my car turning its first 200,000.
Thanks for all your work and effort in helping us keep our babies on the roads and tracks.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

There certainly has been an influx of ill-mannered noobs lately.
This forum has saved me, literally, thousands of dollars by providing information that just would not otherwise be available and I'd like it known just how appreciative and grateful I am for all the assistance I have received in the last year. I monitored some of the other Boxster forums for a while but there just wasn't enough there to justify a daily visit.

On a lighter note ... I checked out some of 911ballin's posts. What an illiterate monkey! Must be the poster boy for Engrish.

+1 Well said.

I find 911ballin good cheap entertainment. Wondering about the origins of his handle, though...
