The closest thing that comes to mind is the Gemballa rear bumper, whereby the exhaust
outlets exit via the rear bumper fascia. Check out Kirk' s boxster.

a decent body shop would be able to plastic weld the center cut out and cut side outlets for you

could get a used bumper incase you change your mind later on
