It is a stiff fine, however, I must be old because twenty million seems like plenty to settle such a debt. Several million dollars invested correctly by the insider buddies guys like this have could yield that in interest. Besides, the words repeatedly and brazenly were used to describe this man's speeding patterns, perhaps he has been warned on previous occasions.
