I saw that today... what an insane crock! Plus, they only estimated his wealth at 20 million.. Which, although a lot more money than I will ever see, is not enough where he can throw 290,000 dollars out like it's toilet paper.

Oops....I did not know this was a repost. :p

It is a stiff fine, however, I must be old because twenty million seems like plenty to settle such a debt. Several million dollars invested correctly by the insider buddies guys like this have could yield that in interest. Besides, the words repeatedly and brazenly were used to describe this man's speeding patterns, perhaps he has been warned on previous occasions.
