The computer generally is under the drivers seat and can cause the problem you are having and that is a $1200 repair. The other is the ignition switch which is a cheap DIY repair and also causes funny electrical things to happen. You should buy a INNOVA 3100 OBD2 reader and see what codes come up. You can get them at Walmart for under a $100 or off ebay for half that. JB
I checked it with a scanner, no codes stored. The car starts and runs perfect, but the power windows, locks, trunk release, and interior lights do not work. I would appreciate any expert advise. Thanks.
Electrical problems do take time to track down so take your time. I bet the main culprit still could be the computer under the drivers seat.
