There really isn't one. All those white or blue bulbs such as Silverstars have a life expectancy of about 2 months. If I were you, I'd save the $10-20 and just buy a normal bulb. I had Silverstars and they lasted about a month and cost $40 something for the pair.
You can buy an HID kit for about $100 or less that will significantly improve vision. Do a search on ebay, there's several different kits. Installation is very straightforward and with the ease of removing the headlights in our cars it can be accomplished in about an hour. That would be money better spent than those pricey, unreliable "white" bulbs.
