Creaking sound

I have a creaking sound coming from my right rear. It also makes the noise when I push up and down on the rear quarter panel. I think it's my right rear lower control arm. The sound seems to be coming from the bushing.

Any ideas? If it is my rear lower control arm, can I just replace the one or should I replace both? Also, anyone have any good reference to where I can buy one at a good price?

Thanks in advance.

My mistake, it is also my left rear side. When it first started, I would only hear it getting in and out of the car and going very slow. Now, I'm starting to hear it more and more.
