98 Boxster w/ticking engine noise

Q98 Registered User Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: ct Posts: 5	98 Boxster w/ticking engine noise Recently my Boster started making a ticking sound. It has 96,000 miles on it. One person told me that it may be the timimg chain tensioner. I do know that the lifter are making some noise also. Does any one have an idea of what it may be and what the cost of repair would be.
