Good Techs in Atlanta Area

Anybody know any good shops to do service in the Atlanta area?

I'm originally from ATL, actually i just drove my box down there for thanksgiving...so im gonna have a little Porsche reunion with my pops and bro :-)
my bro fixes his box at roswell auto center when hes in ATL and he says the place is great and the prices r good... its on alpharetta highway in roswell... hope that helps

i'm in atlanta. there's ryland's off cobb parkway, kinetic up near lake lanier, and german car repair in roswell. oh, and jack lewis enterprises in norcross.

Home of the training center

There should be a lot of good techs in the Atlanta area. Atlanta is home to the Porsche North American training center. My son is a tech in Lexington , KY. and goes there several times a year for training on new models and service updates. I bet a lot of these guys stay close to home and work in area shops. If you need service near Lexington stop in and ask for Brian. Just a plug from his proud dad. Brian is a gold certified Porsche tech. he has worked in Pompano Fl. at Champion Porsche and Naples Fl. at that shop before moving back closer to home in Kentucky.I wouldn't own one of these without him.
Couldn't afford the upkeep.

I'm from atlanta, I haven't had any work done yet, but I've talked to the guys at Roock a few times and they seem like honest people. He offered to do a PPI for me for $50, rather than the $180 from Jim Ellis.

I'll let you know about Kinetic Speed Shop next week. I emailed them about turning on my OBC and they told me to bring it in and they could do it. I have an appointment next Tuesday morning.

My 3.4 conversion was done at Roock Autosport and I was/am very happy with their knowledge, service and prices.

Roock

Called Roock about doing my coolant reservoir last week. They gave me a good price and now when I call them back, at least 8 times, they wont even return my call. They just happen to be where I bought my car in 2005. Oh Well, I guess the lack of attention to calling me back will give Kinetic a new customer.

Kinetic Motorsports

Went to Kinetic Motorsports yesterday and got my coolant reservoir replaced. In at 8 AM and out at noon. What a great place and well worth the drive. Excellent shop and people. Brandon took my call immediately and Butch the mechanic knows more than I care to learn about Porsche's. I would recommend these guys to anyone. SEE YA ROOCK.

I live in cumming. I found a guy here named neil orton (ortonusa.com).
He's extremely honest and does great work at a great price.
Lots of racing experience. He upgraded my exhaust and put in a
New power chip.
