Thanks for he info.. did you by chance read what else i posted about the interior button lights not working.

along the same lines of lights not working it seems my defrost button,convertible button do not light as well when i put the headlights on. Any reason why? could these be connected problems to the door check lights and upper console light not working... I pulled the plug out of the alarm and put it back in.. i am going to check the fuses. Nothing happened.. do you think pulling off the battery and then waitingcouple of mins then reconnecting it might fix the problem
