Check out my new hood badge!

I probably paid way too much for this ($167) but I thought it was super sexy! I got it off of Ebay from a German seller named Michael Kiel . He said that it's from a local artist that takes old hood badges and re-enamels them with nontraditional colors. I'm not sure if he can request custom colors but it couldn't hurt to ask.

From what I understand the change to the badge was cosmetic but the fit should be the same. I hope I'm not wrong. It's the same size as my existing hood badge. It will just come down to the placement of the pegs.

I haven't had a chance to put it on. The day I got the badge I had to take my Boxster to the shop for a new water pump, thermostat, serp belt and new brake pads. I was leaking coolant. I'll get it back tomorrow and see if the badge fits.

You should talk with your doctor about that.

Even though it's an older style badge it's a perfect fit/direct swap.

Photos coming soon. Charging camera.

Looked on ebay for one of these, can find them anywhere. I'm jealous, they look great.
