What part did I just break? (w/pic)

I was installing my new throttle body and while tightening the last screw, my hand knocked into this insulated wire. I thought at first it was throttle but it doesn't move when my friend presses down. What is this and do I need to fix the damage? Thanks.

You just broke your oil dip stick tube... been there, done that!!
Not a bad repair.
