Seat time makes a huge difference in Karts as well as cars. If you really want to win go get in some practice laps to get used to the Karts and learn the track. Electric Karts are very different than gas Karts with tons of instant torque. Driving surface (asphalt/concrete) also makes a difference in how to drive the fastest line. Generally the smoothest line that maintains your speed and momentum will be the fastest. Good luck!

HI.....a couple of Karting tips....

* Dont go mad on cold tyres, people will spin off in front of you with!! Take it easy on the first couple of laps, others will spin...let yours tyres heat up.
* Smoother is faster, going too much sideways is not going in the right direction!
Drifting is good...but within reason.
* Dont let the revs drop, balance the throttle with the brake.
* Sounds obvious, you can make up loads of places at the start, inexperienced Karters wont be watching the lights...they watch each other....just remember cold tyres!

One last one...call it Karting not Go Karting!!!
