A plastic water or soda bottle snugs nicely between the passenger seat adjuster handle and the console. One of my first projects was to remove the useless cupholders and rearrange my components and bins.

I guess I lucked out because whenever they started with the cupholders I have, they are awesome. And I drink fairly often when I drive (no, not liquor, just water, coke) and it's hard for me to drive holding it. When I drove an automatic I could just put a cup between my legs but there's too much going on with a 5-speed to hold a coke there. My Lexus had awful cup holders. If you turned a corner the whole drink would tip over.
