TOP THIS! Haters Vandalise Boxster in Los Angeles. Great Story w/Illustrations & Pics

Hi all,

I thought I would post my experience to make all victims of vandalism feel just a little bit better. :)

The Boxster was parked on a well lit street in Alhambra, near a strip well known for dinner and dancing. It was 3 AM when I discovered the Boxster with damages. Apparently the Vandals stepped on the hood of the car, stomped on the windshield a few times and kicked the passenger side mirror right off. Also, shows damages of object being thrown at it, as well as trying to rip the front bumper off.

Now for who done it?? Well, that's yet to be determined.

Message to Vandal/s:

Sorry your girl wanted to F%@$ me! :ah:

Cost of damages have not been accessed by Insurance Adjuster or Porsche Dealer.

My guess would be in the neighborhood of $5,000-$10,000. :barf:

Still cheaper than if I would have caught the coward who did this; :chicken:

Kicking his a$$: Free
Night in Jail/Lost Wages $500.00
Defense Attorney Fees: $8,000.00
Hospital Bills: $10,000.00
Pain & Suffering: $15,000.00

Total: $33,500.00

Minus Ins. Deductable: $1000.00

Equals= $32,500.00 SAVINGS!! :D

Freedom from County Jail: PRICELESS!!! :)

aBsOlUt 11-23-2008 12:52 PM

whoa! That sucks I am so sorry.

In the midst of all bad things, good thing you had the hard top or else your soft-top would have been sliced...

IFlyS5 11-23-2008 03:20 PM

And I was just started to get really pissed at a nick I just found on my front bumper. Everyone needs perspective. Sucks, man, GL with the repairs :(

Rick V 11-23-2008 05:40 PM

Nothing worse than a chicken that has to go after a car and not the person they are really mad at.

eslai 11-24-2008 09:46 AM

Whoooooooa. You win, dude, you win!! :(

You did not deserve to have your car kicked in. But take comfort in whoever it was, just might be involved with a real ho. Just not as many as you are.
Best of luck.

^^^ I agree

LoveBunny 11-24-2008 11:23 PM

I doubt a woman did that. All I ever did was dump a beer in a guy's BMW and I was pretty pissed at him. We aren't usually so violent. :p

mts 11-25-2008 04:15 AM

Sorry about your car, I hate to see a Boxster get torn up like that. Also, good luck with your VD.

Man, sorry about the car. That's rough. But I'd be more concerned about the # of diseases and illegitimate bastard kids you've racked up from your conquests.

good luck with all your problems.

I don't get it . How is that post supposed to make us feel better ?

Sorry to hear about your car. Beyond that, if you ever have a daughter, I bet you'll hope that she meets a bunch of guys just like you! Good luck.

Brucelee 11-25-2008 07:52 PM

Probability wise, I would say that 200 plus women is at best a stretch.

More interesing is why someone would say such a thing.

That said, this thread is my nomination for the strangest I have seen. :barf:

Likely it is a put on. :D

Shoot, I've been with 3,586 men in my 36 years of life. Is that a problem? :p

When I first read this post I was looking forward to another IMS failure posting to read..........I'm frankly surprised it took this long for others to (rightfully so) pile on.

Brucelee 11-26-2008 06:23 AM

If no one objects, how about I shut this thread? I see it going down the rabbit hole so to speak! :)

bmussatti 11-26-2008 06:58 AM

Not only sould this post be locked (and I don't condone locking threads) but it should be deleted, since it reflects poorly on this Forum.

All those in favor?
Aye

Brucelee 11-26-2008 07:06 AM

You guys are great. Thanks for the input.

:)

jrdiesel01 11-27-2008 07:00 PM

Dear Members,

Thank you Bruce and all of the you (986 Forum Board) for the opportunity to redeem myself.

I have edited my thread to included Boxster related input only. It would be greatly appreciated if we can all edit our replies to reflect the same. My apologies to all it may have offended.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

Sincerely,

Junior

Brucelee 11-28-2008 06:52 AM

Nicely done JR.

:)

lucky_topher 11-28-2008 05:16 PM

OP sounds like a grade A douchebag....

jrdiesel01 11-29-2008 08:50 AM

"Grade A Douchebag"??

Name calling on an Internet Forum?? :ah:

What's next, you're going to trash my Boxster too? :chicken:

It's only on a forum because you're not here in person, where I'd tell you the same...

I don't trash other peoples' cars... and I think it's the lowest of low of being a chicken...

But I'll say of all teh trashed cars I've seen, you probably deserved it most based on your attitude alone...

What's the difference between a porsche & a porcupine? with a porcupine the pricks are on the outside...

EE3racing 11-29-2008 10:23 AM

JR, I don't know how old you are but you deserve some redemption for manning up. We shouldn't expect the young to have the same judgement as the old. Having said that JR, giving anyone a "blow by blow" of all your "blows" is likely to result in less if any "blows" ......

"What's the difference between a porsche & a porcupine? with a porcupine the pricks are on the outside..."

Heeeeeey....I thought that was BMWs, not P cars!

it was... before this thread existed...

EE3racing 11-29-2008 10:42 AM

Lucky, I'm 50 in April, I can recall moments in my youth I would not repeat and I'll bet you can too. My dad had a car dealership, I wore my jumpsuit to a Halloween party with a button changed to read "Mr. Goodscrew". He apologized to strangers, that's pretty good.

jmatta 11-29-2008 10:57 AM

I thought this thread was closed?

Brucelee 11-29-2008 11:28 AM

Opened at the request of JR, so that he could modify his posts to remove certain statements.

Good stuff, all behave please!

Good job, Jr. I have seen some weird stuff on this forum from young guys {check my profile} and was too floored to even comment. You have no idea how poor the judgment and how outrageous the comments can be, so you are not the first - and you handled it better than I have seen. Lessons learned. Keep posting.

jrdiesel01 11-29-2008 05:39 PM

I appreciate that FTD & EE3Racing, thanks for the support!

So.....Boxster is pretty banged up huh??

*****Vandalized Car Turned Techart Boxster*****

All done. :)

After (3) long months, the Boxster is finally complete again, and some.

Just couldn't stand the thought of getting the Boxster back to square-one. So after completion of repairs, I thought why not make it better than before?? I deserve it.. right?

Boxster consists of Techart Style Bumper and Side Skirts purchased from Precision Porsche in Harbor City, CA. The lower spoiler was over-layed with Carbon Fiber before installation for durability and good looks. The kit was fitted, prepped and painted by McKenna Porsche Collision Center in Downey, CA.

The final results proved to be worth the time and effort. :D

timothy 03-11-2009 07:34 PM

If Batman drove a Boxster, the bumper would definitely be Techart. It looks ready to swallow bad guys whole. :D
