HELP! horn not working...

Dear enthusiasts,

Several months ago, I started having the usual horn problems that plague the boxster. Mine's a 99 and I actually went in and used silicones filler in the collapsed rubber seals. Worked like a charm...for a while. Then the problem resurfaced so I simply folded a business card and stuck it in the side of the horn. Lately, the horn completely stopped functioning. What could be the issue?

Please advise and thanks in advance.

Have you checked the fuse? I have a similar issue, keeps blowing the fuse after a couple toots. I rarely use the horn so I have not hunted down the cause...
