Question Driver side mirror

Guys;

Is this normal that driver side mirror is not as clear as the passenger one? Is there a factory tint in it? It looks more matt.

Tks!

I did look to both driver & passenger side mirror. They are not the same. The passenger side is a strait mirror. The driver side mirror have a black plastic border all around. Does it means the driver side mirror that is not as clear as the passenger side is not the original one? Any body can confirm?

Tks!
