shifter bushings

Does anyone know where to get new carrier bushings for a short shifter. Porsche says to chisle the old ones out but does not sell new ones seperatly.(makes sense???) Or perhaps someone has a trick to get the originals out??
Thanks

I don't have a source for new bushings unfortunately but I seem to remember someone using a small hose clamp to remove the bushings from the stock shifter.
