Like many here I'm not super keen on this, but it does grow on you a bit the more you look at it. I do commend you for being bold. It's hard to make a Boxster stand out with so many of them on the road. Your's definitely stands out now.

Taking a look at the pictures again I just now noticed the "S" on the rear badge also being painted orange. That's a very nice and subtle touch - good job!!!

I think this would work much better if you swapped in the GT3 front bumper with a lip spoiler underneath. It would look closer to the 997 GT3 pic you posted.
Maybe cut out some GT3 RS inlets at the top of the bumper.

Just whatever you do, don't change your badges and start calling it something that it's not, like this Boxster:

yea pretty cool. only thing that i would do is change the calipers to orange also. i think the orange and red clash. but overall it's pretty funky. i like the silver gt3 with the orange rims...i love the black gt3 with the orange rims n stripe.

Surprisingly, I like it. I wonder if I'd like it better without the stripes/text...

Something strikes me unsettling with the tail lights. And I'm puzzled because I don't have a solution for it. I think a smoked or clear center light is in order.

Permission granted to paint calipers and rollbars.
But do not get carried away with painting like so many do! A few weeks will go by and you'll think "Hey, these bumperettes are so boring in black" or "Black center console? Blech!" This has been a word of caution.

I kinda like the old 996 GT3 RSR stripes that faded at the ends better...gives it more a painted look vs. decal look of the 997 GT3 RS stripes.

I agree on painting the roll bars, try it on photohsop first.
and maybe silver bumperettes.
