The horn not working and the airbag light are probably not related.

I'm betting you've got a wire that worked loose under your airbag, and you hear it flick past something on right hand turns.

It's easy to check out...

1. disconnect negative terminal on battery. Wait a half hour.

2. Use a T25 or T15 (can't remember the size, frankly) to remove the two rear bolts that hold on the airbag.

3. Carefully pry off the airbag wiring that snaps onto the airbag.

4. Have a look around and see what's going on in there.

One last thing... have you checked the fuse for your horn?
