Hey guys...

Been off the forum for a few weeks. Decided to stop in and see what's up.

Anything new?

Define new? I put them on in January right after the body and performance mods.

I never had Carreras. I had Turbo Twists before these.

What do you think of the performance modifications. Worth doing or marginal improvement?

Honestly, in NYC I don't use the car often and even when I do it's for top down, nice day cruising. For added power I'd sell it and buy a 996. I do enjoy the deeper exhaust note from Cargraphic though.

P.S. The B&M shifter is a must though!

I think that my next will be the new 987 rather than the 997. The 987 looks nicer than the 997 cabriolet which looks like an afterthought. As far as the handling I think it will run rings around the 997. The extra hp can't be used here, I live in LI, so that point would be superflous.
Lucky for me I use it daily to drive to work 9 miles to Westbury. I love the car. Only regret is that they don't make it 4S so that would be my only alternative.
Your car looks real nice. Next week I will be putting the winter set up on the car. Off with the Carrera's alloys 18" and in with the 17" Boxster S alloys.
