what's that 2nd head light I don't seem to have with my 2000 S?

Had the Sirius Sat audiovox ($30 rebate) installed today, (it rocks I'll post pics soon) and someone asked about the second bulb on Headlights that don't light up. Initially I thought it was the high beams but obviously that's not it. The place where I did my Satellite said they could do a much brighter headlight upgrade for $450 installed. Has anyone done this not-quite-zenon install?

Sounds like fog lights. Check your manual. It may need just a bulb replacement.

Pull your light switch out a click after you turn your headlights on - they may just light up.

that didn't work. Went to the dealer today to pick up some touch up paint and the desk guy said they were $1800 HID lights.
