Ok, here is the update as promised. After driving the vechicle for about 60 miles it looks like it is the axle area that is leaking. Not the CV boot. As far as I can tell it looks like it is coming from the differential shaft as it exits the casing. I am not sure if there is a seal or what in that area. I sure can't seem to find any posting anywhere regarding similar experience.

Anyone that worked in that area before willing to share tips I would greatly appreciate it

Ok. Here is the update.
Car is fixed. My diagnosis was right on the money, leak was coming from the rear differential.
Rector Porsche come through. They did a great job. $700 for it.
Hector at the service department is the guy to talk to. Hector thanks again!
