Right cooling fan always ON

Good afternoon

Does someone has experienced this type of problem on a Boxster 2000!
My right cooling fan is always On, as soon as I start the car!
A/C is off.
It's look like a sticked relay.....But is there a relay and where is it? Or the sensor (mounted in the coolant) is defective........But I believe than then the 2 cooling fans (left and right) should run!!!!!!!!!

Waiting for your comments......
Thanks to everybody and have a good day
Michel

Each fan has 2 relays, for high and low speed, so there are 4 relays. All 4 are the same so you can swap them around to rule out a relay.

#1 is low and #2 is high. Book says these 2 are for fan #1, but I do not know if fan #1 is on the left or right side.

#3 is low and #4 is high, for the other fan.
