I installed both bars two weeks apart from another. I noticed a difference with them installed, there isn't a WOW! difference, but as noted before you will definitely have more confidence taking some high speed corners. As for the install, it's pretty straight forward, the front bar came with instructions, rear did not As long as you have a '98 or newer, the rear should be easy to install.
